Carbon integrity is decided on the ground: in the land-use record, the measurement equipment, the operator's competence and the paperwork behind a baseline. None of that is legible from an office in another time zone.
We hold a Hong Kong management company and a Vietnamese operating company with resident origination staff. Projects are assessed where they sit, taken through certification with methodologies prepared in-house, and carried on a registry layer that keeps every subsequent movement of a tonne on the record.

The failure mode in carbon markets is well documented: a periodic, paper-based audit, commissioned and paid for by the developer being audited, issued once and rarely revisited. Discrepancies surface years later through investigation rather than measurement.
CarbonTrace replaces the periodic site visit with a continuous measurement and provenance layer that runs for the life of the credit. Verify, issue, track, retire — each step written to a record any counterparty, registry or regulator can read without requesting a special audit.
